Is this really a personal plan, or a generic template?
Personal. Every plan is built from scratch around the answers you give us — goal, body, gym, time, injuries, preferences. Two people with different goals get two completely different plans. Two people with the same goal but different gyms still get different plans.
Do I need to download anything from the App Store?
No. Your plan opens in your browser, then you tap "Add to Home Screen" and it lives on your phone like a normal app — full screen, no browser bars, works offline. We walk you through the two taps right after checkout.
Do I need to make an account?
No. Just an email at checkout — that’s it. We send you the plan link. Lose it? Drop the same email at fitplans.app/my-plans and we’ll send every plan you’ve ever made.
What if my plan isn’t right for me?
Build a new one any time. Same email, new answers — new plan. Changed gyms? Got injured? Picked a new goal? Just rebuild. Your old plans stay live, so you can flip between them whenever.
Why $4.99 — what’s the catch?
No catch. It’s a launch price while we’re growing. No subscription, no upsells, no ads — pay once and you have your plan forever. We’d rather charge a little, get used by a lot of people, and earn the trust to build more.
Is this safe / will I get hurt?
Plans are built within sensible volume and intensity ranges and ramp progressively. That said, FitPlans isn’t medical advice — if you have an injury, condition, or you’re unsure, check with a doctor or physio first. Tell us about injuries during sign-up and we’ll work around them.
