Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FitPlans (the “Service”), operated from the United Arab Emirates. By paying for and using a generated plan, you agree to them.

1. What you’re buying

For a one-time payment of $4.99 (or the local-currency equivalent), FitPlans generates a personalised training and nutrition plan based on the inputs you provide during onboarding. The plan is delivered as a web link, accessible indefinitely subject to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

FitPlans is an information and planning tool. It is not a medical device, and the plans it produces are not medical, dietary, or professional fitness advice. You should consult a qualified doctor, registered dietitian, or licensed personal trainer before starting any new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have any pre-existing condition, injury, are pregnant, or take prescribed medication. You use the plans at your own risk.

3. Refunds

Because each plan is generated on demand and delivered immediately after payment, the purchase is non-refundable once a plan has been produced. If generation fails for technical reasons and no plan is delivered to your email within 24 hours of payment, contact support@fitplans.app and we’ll either retry generation or refund the charge in full.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading personal information that could lead to an unsafe plan (e.g. fake age, weight, or injury status).
• Re-sell, republish, or commercially redistribute the generated plan content. Personal use and sharing with your own coach is fine.
• Probe, attack, or attempt to overwhelm the Service or its underlying providers (Stripe, Convex, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Resend).
• Use the Service to harass others, e.g. by entering their email.

5. Open-source components

The code that builds the prompt, validates the plan, renders the installable web app, and serves it from Cloudflare is open-source under the MIT licence. You’re free to clone and self-host the bring-your-own-key tool using your own Anthropic API key.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Generated plans you have already received and saved (including via “Add to Home Screen”) remain accessible to you offline.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitPlans’ total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. We explicitly disclaim liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of any plan content — see section 2.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dubai unless local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
